СпецТек провел курс по управлению надежностью для специалистов СИБУРа

Более 40 руководителей и специалистов предприятий группы «СИБУР» прошли подготовку на курсах НПП СпецТек «Управление надежностью оборудования», и получили сертификаты International Personnel Certification от «Русского Регистра».

Курсы проведены в офисе НПП СпецТек, для четырех групп слушателей, от 10 до 12 человек в группе. Аудиторию курсов составили специалисты, занятые в процессах управления надежностью – руководители направлений, отделов и служб управления надежностью, главные эксперты по видам оборудования, инженеры по надежности.

Слушателей на курсы направили большинство предприятий топливно-сырьевого и нефтехимического сегментов СИБУРа, а также центры компетенций «Механика», «Энергетика» и «Метрология» управленческого блока «Эффективность производства».

Программа курсов включила в себя широкий круг вопросов по таким направлениям, как математические методы в теории надежности, анализ критичности оборудования, надежностно-ориентированное техническое обслуживание (НОТО, RCM), управление запасами при подготовке и выполнении ТОиР, показатели эффективности и результативности, сбор данных о надежности и техническом обслуживании, выстраивание системы обслуживания оборудования, применение информационных систем в области управления ТОиР и управления надежностью оборудования.

В таком объеме программа курсов одобрена Ассоциацией по сертификации «Русский Регистр», и гармонизирована с требованиями к сертификации на квалификацию «Менеджер по надежности оборудования». Сертификация – это общепризнанная в мире услуга, которая позволяет персоналу получить официальное, беспристрастное и независимое признание его профессиональной компетентности, а организациям – подтвердить квалификацию сотрудников, повысить свою конкурентоспособность.

Сертификация слушателей стала завершением подготовки на курсах. Экзамен, проведенный «Русским Регистром», имел целью проверку знаний и навыков слушателей, и их соответствие требованиям программы сертификации. Слушатели с успехом выдержали это испытание, по итогам экзамена им выданы сертификаты менеджеров по надежности оборудования Международной ассоциации по сертификации персонала (International Personnel Certification, IPC).

    ANALYSIS OF RETAIL SALES OF FISH AND FISH PRODUCTS IN RUSSIA

    Volume of fish and fish products sales in Russia on the retail market in 2010 grew by ***,6% and amounted to ***,8 bln.rub. Annual dynamics of fish and fish products sales in Russia has certain seasonal nature: rather sharp reduction of sales happens in the first quarter, however, by the end of the year the sales of fish usually exceed the last year’s values.

    In the first quarter of 2011 in Russia the retailing of fish, fish products and seafood made up ***,2 bln.rub.

    In 2010 the largest federal district on fish and fish products sales was the Central Federal District, where the sales of products amounted to almost *** bln.rub. The *** FD ranks second on this value (43,9 bln.rub.), Siberian FD – third (***bln.rub.). The retailing turnover of fish and fish products was about *7 bln.rub. in 2010 in *** and Urals, as well as in *** districts. In Far Eastern FD the volume of retail market of fish, according to official statistics, amounted to *** bln.rub.?

    PRODUCTION OF FISH AND FISH PRODUCTS IN RUSSIA

    In 2010 the volume of fish and fish products production amounted to *** mln.ton, which is by 1*% more, than in 2009.

    The largest segment among the various types of produced in Russia fish and fish products refers to frozen fish. Its share in 2010 was equal to 48,5% in the Russian production. The second largest segment is the live fish (***%), third – herring (including *,9% - of al types of processing, *,2% - frozen). Also a relatively large segment of fish processing in Russia is the production of fresh or cooled fish, which accounted for 10,6% in 2010.

    In 2007-2009 the volume of live fish production in Russia amounted to about *** ths. ton and the growth or decrease rates were not significant. In 2010 the Russian production of live fish increased considerably. The growth rates amounted to *6,5%. ?

    ANALYSIS OF FISH AND FISH PRODUCTS EXPORT

    In 2010 the volume of Russian export of fish and fish products increased by 2*% and amounted to *** mln.ton. In value terms the volume of export in 2010 also increased by *7%. Altogether, the sales of fish and fish products on the external market amounted to over *** bln. USD.

    The Russian import of fish and fish products in physical terms by **% consists of frozen fish. Less than 4% in 2010 accounted for fillet, minced fish and other fish meat. The share of dried, salted, marinated or smoked fish amounted only to 0,4%.

    In 2010 the Russian export of frozen fish grew by *9% and amounted to *** mln.ton. among the largest importers of Russian fish we should point out China, where Russia supplied in 2010 **6,6 ths. tons of products, as well as the Republic of Korea (**5,7 ths.ton). Supplies to other countries were significantly less: Japan – 5***,7 ths.ton, the Netherlands – ***7,4 ths.ton. Russian export of frozen fish to other countries did not exceed 1*** ths.ton.?

    ANALYSIS OF IMPORT OF FISH AND FISH PRODUCTS

    In the last years the volume of import of fish and fish products in Russia has been insignificantly decreasing. In 2010, the import volumes reduced by 1% and amounted to *** ths. tons. In money terms the volume of import of fish and fish products to Russia reduced only in 2009 (by 12%). In 2010 it grew by 18% and amounted to *** bln. USD.

    The major part (**% in 2010) of Russian fish and fish products import consists of frozen fish. The second largest category is fish fillet, minced fish and other fish meat (*7%), third category – fresh or cooled fish (**,5%). A small percentage accounts for dried, salted or in brine, hot- or cold-smoked fish (1,5%) and live fish – total 0,1%.

    Import of frozen fish to Russia in 2008-2009 was reducing. In 2010 the negative dynamics was changed by a positive one and the growth amounted to 4%. The volume of these products import amounted to **4 ths.

    Volume of live fish import in these years was increasing by 15% annually, however, in 2010 the growth rates were much higher and the volume of these products import to Russia amounted to *** tons, which was by 92% more than in 2009.?

  • Анализ рынка мороженой рыбы и морепродуктов в России в 2010-2014 гг., прогноз на 2015-2019 гг.
    По оценкам BusinesStat, предложение мороженой рыбы и морепродуктов в России в 2010-2014 гг выросло на 9,3% и в 2014 г достигло 4,1 млн т. Снижение предложения в рассматриваемый период отмечено только в 2014 г: оно составило 4,6% относительно предыдущего года. Производство вносит максимальный вклад в предложение мороженой рыбы и морепродуктов на российском рынке. В 2010-2014 гг на долю импортной продукции приходилось 13,5-16,9% от общего объема предложения. Крупнейшим регионом-производителем мороженой рыбы и морепродуктов является Дальневосточный федеральный округ: в 2014 г там было произведено 1,8 млн т мороженой рыбы и морепродуктов, т.е. 63,3% от совокупного производства в стране. На рынок мороженой рыбы сильно повлиял указ Президента РФ от 6 августа 2014 г о наложении сроком на один год запрета на ввоз в страну сельскохозяйственной продукции и сырья, страной происхождения которых являются США, страны Европейского союза, Канада, Австралия и Норвегия. В перечень запрещенной продукции вошла и замороженная рыба. Экспорт мороженой рыбной продукции более чем в 2 раза превышает импорт, а значит, у России есть «резерв», который мог бы позволить удовлетворить спрос населения в условиях дефицита импорта.
